Studio Villarosa is an architecture and interior design practice based in London, working internationally.

From new builds to renovations, from city apartments to mountain retreats, each project begins with a close understanding of its clients. Spaces are shaped around their rhythms and rituals, so the architecture and interiors feel immediately grounding and resonant.

Philosophy

The studio explores how environments become places of ease and belonging, by choreographing space and selecting materials whose tactility and patina evoke time, narrative and comfort. Imperfections are embraced as a quiet form of beauty, so that each project can gather character as time moves through it.

Reclaimed and enduring materials play a central role. The studio assembles tailored palettes that allow surfaces to age, mark and soften, anchoring each project in something lasting rather than purely new, while remaining sensitive to the client’s vision, whether expressed in a contemporary or traditional tone.

The studio follows projects from initial concept through to final decoration, aligning context, proportion, texture and colour into coherent atmospheres. Drawings are developed with intention across the team, from the first diagram down to the last detail.
